How are items priced on GoRobinsons?
All products on our website are sold at the same price as of our offline stores.
What are the goods available at GoRobinsons?
We offer a wide assortment of products ranging from women’s and men’s apparel, baby and kids’ wear, accessories, shoes, bags, sportswear, home, beauty and personal care and more from top local and international brands.
What is the minimum order value?
We require a minimum amount of P900 for each transaction.
Is there a maximum amount or quantity to order?
There is no maximum amount or quantity required. However, processing of bulk orders may require more time. Feel free to contact us cs2@gorobinsons.ph for bulk purchases.
Can someone abroad order and deliver locally?
Yes. Anyone can order on the site as long as the area where products will be delivered are covered by “Robinsons Department Store” GoRobinsons.
Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?
Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking process will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment. Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on items actually fulfilled.
How can I get updates regarding my order?
You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.
